Review:

In this chapter it’s talk about moral leaders. First Defined leadership is ultimately about creating a way for people to contribute to making something extraordinary happen. Any ideal leader is concerned with main issues: First are people second is the result, in other words the hard side of the business is button line result ( profit), is achieved only through   the flexible people I mean people are oriented enough what should we do the entire business process.

To conclude, this chapter is the relationship between the leaders and their followers to measure the strength and trust of each individual. To do this   we must win respect by keeping their promise and treating with people integrity, honesty, competence, and fairness.

What I’ve learned:

Keeping strength and trust of individual

Keep treating with people integrity

Competence and fairness

Integrative questions:

What is Leadership?

What the relationship between the leader and follower?

What is the impact Moral Leadership in the industry?
